It was established through joint investment from Qingdao Huatong Jinchuang Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Xinzhonghui Energy Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. The company operates as a comprehensive service provider in bulk trade, specializing in coal and iron ore trading, truckless transportation, supply chain finance, and software development.
